What is assisted living?

Assisted living communities give older adults personalized care in a residential setting. They're for seniors whose health or well-being requires a higher level of support.

What are A.D.L.'s?

Activities of Daily Living (personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating)

What is offered in the base price?

Satellite TV, WiFi, phone service, laundry, housekeeping, routine two hour resident checks

Will I need extra levels of care?

Do you need help with showering, Do you need help with toileting? Do you need help getting dressed? If you answered yes, you more than likely will need an extra level of care.

Can I bring my own personal items and furnishings?

Yes, we encourage residents to bring their own furniture and decorate their apartment.

Can I live in assisted living if I need a wheelchair?

Yes, but you do have to be able to transfer yourself from your chair.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we do allow small dogs and cats. However, you must tend to the animal (take it outside, feed it) on your own.

Can I administer my own medicine?

Yes, you can control your own medications. We do offer medicine management at no additional cost.

Are staff on site 24 hours?

Yes, we have a nurse on staff 8 hours a day and also have support staff 24 hours.

What type of security and safety measures do you have in place?

We have secured entry and exit ways. All entry and exit doors have keypad entry.
